Garrett Gilbert Talks About Past, NFL Draft Future

Former Texas Longhorns and SMU Mustangs quarterback Garrett Gilbert stopped by the show this evening to talk about his time at SMU and how his experiences, regardless of how things ended, at the University of Texas made him ready for the next chapter of his football career in the National Football League.

He also gives his take on where the SMU football program is headed and his scouting report on another quarterback he’s faced, Fresno State’s Derek Carr.
