Scouting Report: The first two plays on his film show you a lot about this 2019 quarterback. The first is hitting his wide receiver in stride, the second is a two step drop and hitting his wide receiver on a slant. He shows the arm strength on both of the throws, exactly what any school at the next level loves to have in their man under center. Throughout his film (attached above) you see him step up in the pocket in front of an oncoming blitz, going through his progressions, not bailing out on the play and keeping his eyes downfield. This is a really talented young quarterback who, with two more years of experience to put under his belt, could show a top flight quarterback by the time his graduation comes around. It won’t be long until Collins is announcing several different offers.
