Scouting Report: There are many who will throw out the comparison between this 2019 wide receiver and NFL wide receiver Wes Walker, mostly based on height, but I would argue that DeArman might be more suited to be a player all his own. Someone who can play in the slot and who is physical enough to take a hit (and give one if you watch the first play on his film) but also someone who has the speed to play outside and the hands to make a big time catch when he’s called upon. There are few players that give you the kind of looks that DeArman will. This is one of those top flight players at his position and one that brings a lot of weapons that schools at the next level will look for. The attention will be there, especially if those skills get that much better.
